Harm Reduction Services
Our STEP program provides judgment-free support to individuals who use substances, offering access to safer consumption supplies, naloxone distribution, drug checking services, wound care, and patient navigation. We also provide HIV/HCV/STI testing, resource navigation, and education to reduce harm and promote overall well-being.
STEP Hours:
- Mondays: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Wednesdays: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
We are committed to meeting people where they are with compassion, care, and resources that support health and safety.
Naloxone boxes are available outside both of our locations for 24/7 access.

HIV/STI/Hep C Testing
We provide free, confidential HIV, STI, and Hepatitis C (HCV) testing, along with community linkages to care and support services. Knowing your status is an important step in maintaining your health, and we’re here to make testing easy and accessible.
Testing is available Monday through Thursday from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Enjoy sameday results for HIV and HCV testing, as well as connections to medical treatment and resources if needed.
Our team is committed to judgment-free, person-centered care, ensuring that everyone receives the support they need to make informed health decisions.
Safer Consumption Supplies
We provide free sterile equipment and harm reduction materials to reduce the risks associated with drug use. Access to safer consumption supplies helps prevent infections, promote safer practices, and support overall well-being. Our approach is rooted in harm reduction, non-judgment, and safety.
Naloxone Boxes
To ensure 24/7 access to overdose prevention resources, we have public naloxone boxes outside both of our locations. These boxes are stocked with free naloxone kits so anyone in the community can access this life-saving medication at any time, no questions asked.
Naloxone Education & Distribution
Naloxone is a life-saving medication that reverses opioid overdoses when administered in time. We provide free naloxone kits and training on how to recognize and respond to an overdose. Education and access to naloxone empower individuals and their loved ones to act quickly in an emergency
Patient Navigation
Navigating medical, housing, food, and social services can be overwhelming. Our patient navigation services provide one-on-one support to help STEP participants connect with healthcare, housing assistance, food resources, and other essential community programs. We work to remove barriers and ensure that everyone has access to the care and support they need.
HIV & HCV testing & Linkage to Care
Knowing your status is a key part of maintaining your health. We provide free, confidential testing for HIV and Hepatitis C (HCV) with same-day results. If needed, we also offer linkage to medical care, treatment options, and support services to ensure continued care and well-being.
Drug Checking Services
Unregulated drugs may contain unknown or harmful additives, increasing the risk of accidental overdose or poisoning. Our drug checking services help individuals test substances for potential contaminants so they can make informed decisions about their health and safety.
Resource & Food Navigation
Everyone deserves access to essential resources. We help individuals connect to food assistance, housing support, healthcare services, and other community programs that promote stability and well-being.
Wound Care Clinic (Monthly)
Injection-related wounds and abscesses can lead to serious health complications if untreated. Our monthly wound care clinic provides education, wound care supplies, and basic treatment to support healing and prevent infections. Wound care supplies are distributed weekly at STEP.
